Starting my first new account purely for making gold, anyway I was wondering what class I should pickup? What's going to be best in Legion for solo'ing with the bot. Also what is going to be the best thing to do completely AFK to make gold?

Druid or Blood DK, just like always. It's also far too early to say what CR is going to be best. Some new dev may come along and blow everyone else away with some class that people never thought to farm on before.

And noone is going to tell you the best way to make money, especially at the start of an xpac....And in most cases, noone really knows what's going to be best right now either.
