I'm using this build Quin69 - GR50+ Torch Setup. Been botting pretty much 24/7 since S2 start, but already after two weeks I was melting T6 rifting. It now runs T6 rifts 24/7 with 0 deaths/hour, around 2.5 billion xp/hour and 10 legendaries/hour. Instead of Taeguk I'm using Pain Enhancer, because the bot has trouble keeping the Taeguk buff on. Instead of Unity I'm using SoJ and RORG.
