Starting a lvl 1-60 questing profile at lvl 23

How do i get the character to get the apropriate quests for his level since i have grinded 1-23 ?

Now he just runs and picks up the level 1 quests.

Note: If you start this *midway* (18+), change <QuestOrder IgnoreCheckPoints="True" > -- True to False (hint: open the profile in notepad & 'find' ) in the EK 12-58 profile
If you have BoA gear and / or guild XP, you may be doing green or lower quests / mobs and also want to use this option
