Started at wow again NEED SOME HELP

So yeah i just started at WoW again after a long break, so i bought an SoR account and i'm about to bot to level 90 now.
I was wondering which professions are the best to take as a botter and if its gather professions, please tell me there to gather them i really need it. I can't breath a minute more with so little knowledge about this.

mining herb is the gathering profesisons
you should level one char to 80 with jc/ench to shuffle the ores
and if you cba level another to 80 with alch/insc to shuffle herbs
