Start WoW with no addons?

Is there a startup flag (append to wow.exe -something) to start WoW with no addons?

This way I can still easily play with all my addons when needed by using the normal shortcut, but use a special shortcut for HB?

I don`t know about a cmd line, but i use 2 wow folders, 1 for afk botting (no addons, low res, no mem usage) and 1 for everything else (full addons, 64bit, etc)
