here is the log fie as requested... ive attached the log file, in a .txt format with the file attachment button. i tried to copy and paste but its too long. if you cant get this wking, ive already lost two days, then i want a refund as i can not use this app. it starts then stops every tme, ive tried multiple accounts, ive tried different wireless networks, nothing works... pleae help or rfund... thanks...

I've tried connecting wireless and wired. Does the same both ways.
