Start Bot is greyed out

Hi im new to PokeFarmer. I bought auth code and put to Authentication field. But the Start Bot button is always greyed out. I've installed vc_dest64 as my machine is Win10 64bit. I shut down all firewall as well. But the Start Bot button is still disabled. Could you please help!

Try redownloading the bot. Also to confirm you are using a pokefarmer key and not a hashing key correct?
If this doesn't work please try contacting us on Discord and we can have one of our discord support team do a remote assistance session with you to dig further into the issue.

Hi CAcove, i downloaded PokeFarmer1.0.200, it still didn't work. I don't know what is difference between pokefarmer key and hashing key. I used the key sent me in email which is a 20 character string. Please instruct me how to contact Discord. Thanks!

Hash key will not work for Pokefarmer. It will work for third party bots that make use of our API. If you want it to work on pokefarmer, it has to be a pokefarmer key. So you would have to have bought it from pokefarmer.com
