StarDust? Exp Cap w/o BanHammer etc etc - Help.

Hey guys, so I was thinking and it hit me. The hardest thing for me to get is stardust in Pokemon Go. I can bot, but that gives a lot of experience as well... And we all know you cant go over 180-200kish exp in 24 hours or you will get perma banned. Plus you can't visit 1,000+ pokestops in 24 hrs same with pokemon catches so whats a good way to make StarDust while staying under the radar safely? The only thing I can think of is turn off "loot pokestops" since it gives exp and no dust, but then I don't have pokeballs to catch pokemon for the stardust. I could use some advice if possible.

Why u dont let ur Bot one day on Pokestops for the Balls, u still get exp but next day u only catch Pokemon, or u select the "stay on lured Pokestops" then it only stands there until a new Pokemon shows up so u dont farm that much exp whil looting other Pokestops
