spirit healer or being dead in bg bug

hiya, I'm running alot of bg's on my hb, and the most comon bug I find besides getting stuck, is that my toon will run away from the range of spirit healer before getting rezzed, then find himself unable to cast spells and get stuck in one place for remainder of the bg. Any idea how to address this problem?
