Am I missing something? I looked in the new adventurer plugin settings and armory2, but found nothing. I can't find anything in plugins that does this either now.

Trying the old Armory, disabled Armory2. Does anyone know if Quest Tools settings for rifts conflict with Adventurer settings? I'd imagine I still need the latest Quest Tools and Trinity then the Adventurer for bounties and rifting to work properly.

try KadalaSpree 2.7.2 - it still works with 2.x trinity and current DB - i'm using it.

Just dont use quest tools at all. Use adventurer and armory and it works fine

I second that, I use Armory, uncheck everything except the last tab otherwise it'll replace your gear.
