Spell Totems casting too many times

Any reason or known issue with it casting it point blank on enemies about 2-3 times then using arc in my case?

one of the settings in exilebuddies example combat routine is a setting that will delay of totem casting.. set it to what you want.
It is in the gui somewhere. click around.
