spell delay when WoW is not at the front

Seem to have a problem when I run Wow in windowed mode and i have another program selected, the spell delay gets really slow. When I click on the Wow window to bring it to the front it gets faster again. Is there anyway around this? My PC is top notch so I doubt its a CPU issue, ive tried making wow the highest priority but it makes no difference.

ah great thank you , I remember using a similar command in openbot but thought it was hardwired into innerspace and not WoW, much obliged
