Specific Item Grinding HELP!!!

How can I farm specific items with OrderBot (Miner)? For example, Alumen farming. And also using DoW/DoW to farm monster drops? For example, Aldgoat Skin. Please post step-by-step guide. Thank you!!!

All you really got to do on your part is modify the XML for how many of the item you want. It's pretty well annotated, so you should be able to figure it out.
