SP Grinding issue

Hi, the new Profile is bad for the Shadow Priest.
Now he wont use Vampire touch on mobs to get some mana back. But he needs that mana! otherwise the bots waits 1-2 min to get some mana.

Can i configure that the bot uses vampire touch on mobs?
