Sound lags and jump

Few questions:

1. Every time as i start BW - i have immediately sounds lags in game, horrible and permanent situation. Try on 3 PC, same.
2. Why BW never use jump for try unstuck? Look so stupid. He stuck one foot in edge of object, must jump and continue moving, but start full unstuck procedure- move back and try avoid object by different side.

SWTOR - as admin and hi- priority
BW - as admin

.Net 4.5.1 with all updates
Windows 7 x64

But 1) i guess you are using Joes combat routine, see last post in that thread.
2) it isnt in the unstuck feature
