Souls of the Dead - Gideon's Row. Event and Chest run.

Seeing as bounties are pretty touch and go thus far, this looks like it has potential.
This zone has a lot of events, purple mobs and chests which all give decent loot rolls and xp.

Anyone able to make a profile for this quest?
Pretty much just repeating this area checking for all the events throughout the town.
