Hi, I'm from England and have owned HB for quite a few years, back when I purchased a lifetime key 
, from what I'm aware I cannot see or post on HB forums because of perhaps me being in UK......I have just come back to wow and as you can tell by the fact I'm here....I wanted to HB it up but I guess that's sods law....I know it's a long shot but what are the possibilities of getting a refund? As I'm unable to use the service I paid for
