SoR ID Verification ? (8/10 perma-banned) 16.4 - EU

Hey,

I recently had 8 out of my 10 accounts hit by some kind of ban wave, I managed to get 1 restored immediately within 5 minutes (from perma to playable), 2 are down to 72h.

As for the rest, I was asked to provide an ID Verification to prove I'm the rightful owner of those accounts, which I cannot because they are all made up names.

What should my next step be, try to get a forgery or submit another ticket & hope for the best?

Same here, I managed to unban 2 of my SoR acc for the other 2 they asked me the ID, I guess its over for those two unless I can create a fake ID card with the fake name

It's unlikely that you'll get them back. They'll want the details that were originally on the WoW account, not the battle net account (Which you do not know or have access to).

Therefore it is pretty much impossible to do.

Same problem. I was banned for botting. I tried to deny it and told them I had been farming to get enough gold to buy mounts from the bmah. I used a ticket.

They are asking for id of the real owner of sor accounts. I said that I created them and that I created it a long time ago with a fake name. This is their response:
Greetings,

We have checked into this for you and the name on the account is considered a "real" name - a name which a person could have, and not considered to be fake.

Since the account details are required to be correct when the account is created, we will not be able to update the account without a nationally accepted ID from the original names of the account holder.

When we have been sent an ID from a battle.net in the original accounts names we will be able to have this updated.

We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

ye, so how do you contact them - chat, ticket or phone? i cant even unban any of paid accounts and yet you people claim you somehow unban SOR accounts. from 30+ SOR accounts ive had banned i never managed to unban even one of them, or reduce the perma ban to 72h or anything like that
