SOR accounts suspended help please ( EU )

Hey,

Ive just got e-mail from blizz;

Type of Violation: Exploitation
Consequences for Account: Account Suspended

Your account is under a temporary suspension, due to breach of our policies. We will require ownership verification in order to unlock the account. Please provide the following:

- Your full name
- A scan or digital image of nationally recognised photo ID, such as passport or drivers license (please do not include public transport cards, library cards etc, as these are unsuitable for our needs).

Ive NEVER NEVER did a single exploit on this account, the account only been boting on gatherbuddy2 and shufling to jc/inscri and selling things on AH nothing more, 24/7H ofc but dont tell me i got suspended because 24/7h because thats not the thing, i have 20 accounts 24/7h never banned.. I own this sor account for less than 1 month and im looking for some help, what should I do ? Send my id scan ( witch I have battle net on ? ) because I dont know this account full name nor have id because its sor..

So if someone knows what to do , please help me out :)
 
Who sent you that email? Looks pretty fake to me.

sounds like a scam ;P if u can't log onto the acc, make sure its not run out of GT - or make a ticket about it..
 
Yes I've tried the account is temporarily disabled ! Its not a scam , I checked battle.net account management and on management page it says its temporarily locked.. what should I do ?

Ive merged this account less than 1 month ago , maybe 3 weeks ago

But the most wierd thing is that they locked my other account I have for 6 years ( without full name , sa and id of the account , I have only b attle net witch is on my last name ) like 3 days ago and also wanted original account owner id, and I've sent them a cool story and guess what they unlocked it lol !
 
Just take a chance and send in your scanned ID assuming you didn't use fake name in your battle.net acct. If they don't go deep and check who's the original acct owner, you'll get it back.

Yes they do. They don't ask for your account EMail or password but the rest they definitely do ask for.

As for TS;
SoR, less than a month old and 24/7 botting. Yeah, that's red flag country. I'd Consider those accounts lost if I were you.
 
if a GM is reading this dip sh.t, remove the GM's name in your post

I mean that trying to get them back by sending your real ID will put all other accounts at risk and definitely won't bring back the SoR accounts.
 
leave the account and in future, refrain from merging.
 
You got the sor accounts for... 15$?, 13$? you took a chance, they got banned. buy more or get legit accounts.
 
only way to safely use SOR accounts is to make 2 trial accounts with the same name. merg the sor with account A. Make your SOR char and transfer them to account B.
