SOPA - How america is trying to destroy the internet

Hey guys.. Just thought I'd make you guys a wear of this.. If it passes it would destroy so many things we hold dear..

1) Don't confuse the US Government with 'America' or 'Americans'. When the French and German governments declined participation in the NATO approved plan against Iraq (several years ago now), it was their government that I had a problem with... not the French or German people. Topic titles like "How America is trying to destroy the internet" is a bit of 'yellow journalism'... (sensationalism).

2) How, in your opinion, is this detrimental? (I'm not saying it's a wonderful bill... but honestly I see posts like yours by many sheep... people that are just repeating what they've heard and then I ask them what it means, or how it would effect things, and they stammer - cause they really have no idea what it's all about).
