Sooo... where to buy an inactive account for SoR?

Now that I see the details for SoR, I gotta say, I'll be looking to buy an inactive account next week. I already have an account for myself, my Wife and Son plus a 100% bot account - and I buy game time via RAF so that costs me less than $4 a month. (just bought 12 months for $43). With game time being that cheap, and an inactive game being insta-boosted to Cata, it's just too tempting. Then I'll bot one overnight and one during the day while I'm at work - neither mule on more than 8 hours at a time.

Has anyone seen any sites that are selling inactive accounts that are SoR eligible?

there was a guy on mmobay selling a bunch of old LK accounts - frostmoon i think his name is. seems like the site down at the moment so can't confirm if he still has them.
