Okay, so I'm very embarrassed to even be asking this stuff but reading all of this and trying to get any of it to work is like reading something an alien wrote. I have a college education and I consider myself to be slightly above average intelligence. I can USE a computer to what I consider fairly well, and my husband can build them like seriously customize that shit. However, most of this is like making me feel like I'm drowning here. SO with that said please ignore the ignorance. I have managed to "purchase" and load the free generic profiles and have had rather decent success on having them leveling my toons. My issues are this half the time I dont know what you all are talking about but I figured out CR=Combat Routine so. Mainly I'm trying this thing again because I'm having massive issues passing silver trials with my Mage. IS it necessary to purchase CR for MAGE how do I find the apporopriate one??? Is there a way to just make my character use its regular routine provided by generic profiles and just burn those sob's down? As long as I target them etc.. without additional purchases I mean I dont want to purchase something for every single toon I have just to get past Silver although in honesty I've only tried my mage so I might not have any difficulties with my other toons. Lastly someone please suggest some way for me to just do BG's over and over a bit in between leveling sigh... I've been doing this for a long time I feel sure that Blizzard will be like this girl is seriously botting she is not doing BG almost any to level and I have always done that but I dont know where to begin. I mean there is a lot of stuff out there and for me who feels impish and rather like a bus window licker compared to most of you (no offense to bus window lickers I have a son with Autism (Seriously)) someone please point me in the right direction .../sigh TIA VVVM b/c I'm banging my head against my computer screen and considering the concrete floor as I type!

There's a free rotation botbase. You can also use Enyo (if it's still around). These botbases just run your combat routine-- you control movement, targeting, etc. Should be able to complete Silver Proving Grounds no problem with just Singular.

I'd avoid botting BGs at all if you value your account. Pretty easy to get banned that way.

And yeah, you should buy a CR for your class on buddystore. Cant say what to take for mage bc i dont own one.

Thank you GUYZ so much .... When I've tried using her to do Proving Grounds She just stands there even after I target and start it she doesn't do anything..I've looked for the Enyo stuff and I cant find it ... I did not know this about BG TY for the heads up yes I will avoid that!

That quest requires you to move so Enyo is a must just move it out of the Amber stuff. I used Enyo for this less than 2 weeks ago so it's still definitely working. Singular should be good enough for silver as well.

Sorry I wasn't clear I do move around and stuff I do all that except the bot never takes over ... its just trying to "fly" find quest or something ... It wont take over and fight I have d/l the free thing suggested above by alltrueist but I cant find it in plug ins or profiles and I dont know how to get it working with my bot ... I cant seem to find it ... I see in the suggestions on it to do all these specific settings which I would gladly do but I cannot find that specific place or box or tab or whatever to do those settings.

It's a botbase. You select it from the dropdown menu

You must be using the Questbot then. Like alltrueist said you need to use the dropdown menu in the top right (in HB) and select RaidBot once you start that all you need to do is choose targets and move

And one more option...
Dungeonbuddy is a bot that ships with Honorbuddy. You can find its documentation here. If you are willing to learn how to use it, it is capable of fully dealing with Proving Grounds (through silver) on its own in a completely automated fashion. It simply treats the encounter like the dungeon it is.

THANKS ALL I wish I had seen that earlier Chinajade! But I was able to finally complete it just using raid bot base .... I just didnt know how to acess it ... I'm going to check our suggestion just the same because I might need it later with my other toons if I have difficulty TY you all VM ... Couldn't have done it without you!

do not try to do everything at once. you will fail and you will get annoyed by it. i`ve been boting for 6 years now only had a 24 hour ban FOR BOTING. waw i mean i`m amazed by that. lucky maybe, who knows.
anyway i`ve been boting for a long long time and its pretty fun. you just have to be patient and read forum threads and try to learn how to edit the profiles at least if not even build them from scratch. but like i said that comes with time.
just have fun. i personally do not play the game anymore cause i find WOD kind of bad. waiting for legion. but even though i`m not playing the game, i am boting it. don't know why ... i just like it.

ps.
when you want to do more i suggest trying the trials for paid combat routines and buy a few. they are totally worth it.
funny how this bot plays soooo much better then i could ever play. never play afk or with CR movement in bg`s and you`ll facemelt everybody.
