Will Chinajade always run these forums? I think he is unfair due to the fact that he does not answer any questions. There is no system for asking questions to clarify what was done wrong, and he is not always the best communicator when it comes to his descriptions of his actions.

1) Moderators are not accountable to you at all.
2) You, however, ARE responsible for knowing the forum rules and abiding by them, if you wish to post here.
3) The email you received explained VERY CLEARLY what the problem was.
4) There is a defined grievance process, and this is not it.
Thread closed. If you have a complaint, follow the grievance process.
