Something wrong with my bot

Hi everyone, I recently bought this bot for FFXIV and for some reason when i press on the order bot the bot crashes and says it has stopped working. I tried emailing them but I still haven't gotten a response or a solution for the matter. So, I was hoping i could get help here. Thank you.

Need more information on what you are talking about. Do you have a profile for the orderbot? What profile if so?

that doesn't help at all. Just that you started the bot and it crashed. Were you trying to load a profile? Also, try not to create multiple threads. I will leave this one alone so the other will be active now.

Yeah as soon as i started it would just crash but i re-installed again and again and now for some reason it works. Sorry about that.
