Something weird i noticed when logged in

i just noticed when i logged in on my char and all my bags were full with level 20 water, kinda strange i thought, is this the bot or a gm? Should i be worried?
 
ok nevermind i started the profile again and for reason it keeps trying to buy water, any idea why?
