Something to redeem my Honor points into Justice?

Heya, so I was wondering:

Is there any kind of plugin, or something of the sort that will take my honor points, and turn them into JP?

I hit honor cap usually around 5 A.M, and would love it to switch my honor to JP for me, so that I can gear up a bit quicker.
