Actually had my legit account banned tonight. Never have used this bot or any other at all on the account. Only outside tool I used was BlossomsPogoManager just specifically to get IV numbers but never used for evolve or transfer. Kind of sucks to have a legit level 31 account banned for nothing more than checking IV numbers.

Yeh there is a guy on youtube who only uses the IV checker and he is worried he will be banned as it is technically using a 3rd party software. Lots of legit accounts getting banned. Niantic will lose out in the long run i recon.

Had account legit to 30 before it got banned same time with all my botted accounts, the legit account was NEVER botted, but I am a heavy player, San Francisco Area around Moscone, Piers, and Buena Vista area. Really not that hard to get up in levels if you catch everything, get tons of Pigeys and other quantity crap and then pop a lucky egg and go on evolve spree.

i guess if you are hitting up condensed areas with lures on every pokestop. buying lots of lucky eggs helps too. you could probs use the android emulator and not get banned tho

I botted an account to lv 40 easily, but I also had a legit lv 31 account almost level 32. How? you ask? I simply move my character to Tokyo, Japan and its so small, so packed with pokestops and pokemon its ridiculous.
