Something new about bot

hi, after years of botting (1-2hrs per day), they banned my MAIN account (72h , FINAL) so i decided to create another account only to "experiment" blizzard ban and their replies to complaining; this is result ( it became funny @ 4th post ):

[COLOR="#000000"]Hi, i left my account some days ago with 2 characters and this morning i wasn't able to login. I did the password recovery and now I can see my account BUT IS BANNED! What is happening ?!?!?! I want my account BACK!

I pay the game, so I pay the customer service, so I pay someone who presses ALL keys on keyboard and not only "CTRL-C" CTRL-V". Making my "investigations" (my privacy and security can't tell you that i am using google) I can read this is a standard answer you give at EVERYBODY. 

Please be more HUMAN and less "third party program".

we can see that the account that you claimed you did not loggin to was active continously for the last 2 days before the suspension and all from your IP. That suspension is not directed against you but the account which we witnessed for bot using. And in regards to the "payment arguement": You pay for using our servers, nothing more, nothing less. You do not pay cusmtomer service, you do not pay to get a different answer than anyone else we witnessed botting. The sanctions for bottings are always the same, please note that if we find this account to be botted again this account will be closed permanently.

Your account was not hacked and we do not base our suspensions on IPs, it's just a part of the investigation. Rest assured the investigation was done correctly and there will be no change to the strike. You will be able to play again after 72 hours of the suspension.

11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? regulary paid

They are really sure about my botting... well i also modified Honorbuddy with HEX editor, to result this @ warden:



they banned this account after only 4 days... i dunno if this is a REAL banwave, but I am pretty sure they changed something in their code...

Edit: NOTICE that 4 different GM intervened in this story...
Edit 2: NOTICE that my account was banned @ 2.15AM, their server was closed from 1.00AM to 11.00AM ....

You don't understand I think. He was botting on a brand new account but was telling Blizzard that he hadn't logged on in 2 days. It is still a pretty tell-tale sign there is a detection of some sort. Whether it is bot, profile, or something else.

Yea i asked if he was indeed botting on this new boting account for these two days or not. As its not clear.
In my eyes there is absolutely no point to lie them about this. And for sure login history can't be called detection lol, i mean this is probably most basic information they can see straight away.

I want understand how they can verify the presence of bot; I tried to tell them that my account was hacked and my ip was public, but they are really SURE that the botting was done from my pc. This seems confirming, the blizz full memory scan (WHICH THEY CANT'T DO!).

Oh, I forget another important thing: my account was banned @ 2.15AM, their server was closed from 1.00AM to 11.00AM ....

There is more than just an IP they can look at.. im almost positive (not 100% positive) that they do see your MAC address of the NIC card in your computer. They could tell you that they have you by IP logging into that account, but what they could have meant was that its coming from the same HWID the entire time.. Claiming you were hacked is pretty stupid especially if you know that you weren't.. because they know that you weren't.. there are alot of ways to verify a connection is coming from the same computer or not..
