Something I just read, permabans

Notice the last part, "You lose everything associated with the account, and won’t be able to reuse your nickname". So I am interested in filling this thing out and seeing if it can unlock a banned account but at the same time, no.

Anyone got a low level they are willing to test it on without responding with DELETE to their email? Maybe that will unlock the account?

Lastly, this makes me feel like, they could have deleted our accounts and it would just give this error.
 
it happened the same day that niantic said they are throwing around perma bans . sorry friend but it seems unlikely it is an error .

My brother runs his bot more than I do and teleports everywhere instantly.
I never teleported anywhwre without checking flight times. I also only used two different locations. No soft bans etc.
My account got banned his is still running.

The other difference between our accounts was that I was using GPS spoofer to play on PC to do some manual transfers/evolves.
He also didn't run his account Friday morning, where as I logged on fine Friday. Botted for an hour. Used GPS spoofer. Attacked a gym logged off. Then received the error an hour later.
I got banned and he didn't lol.
 
Franco, if that's the case then this is all random shit. Sure, they are probably scrubbing over the data but no bans are happening for real yet.

I did it using Nox and the bot. probably teleported 6 times in 48 hours back and forth from aussie to Us. Account is fine.

Theres a really good chance is has something to do with the gps spoofing, even though i took all the appropriate precautions... that seemed to be the part that i suspect raised a flag.

Bans are for real. 1 crazy account (I did whatever I wanted) and 1 safe account where I only used Pokefarmer both received the perma ban hammer. The safe account was started with a new IP with walking speed; didn't get to level 10.

What did you mean exactly when you say "GPS spoof"? did you mean conecting with the phone with gps deactivated?
 
This is an automated reply, I submit an appeal through there website and got the same response on a non banned account. It doesn't mean anything.

Only used my bot in my local area.
Never teleported far. furthest i went was about 20km and i always allowed for travel time.
I did not run the bot excessively (never over 8 hrs) always had the stop bot randomly option.
never more than the jogging speed
