Hey i quit wow for a few months, i dont plan on playing again but theres a nice promotion going on so i might as well get my free cata expansion and my free level 80

you do not need to be on the same region,
only if you want to transfer the boosted char to the realm you get the invite from,
all other bonuses (i.e. free cata upgrade and lvl 80 boost) are available.

anyway you have my scroll active if u do not like it, feel free to take another one
