someone plz help me with this lag issue

using raidbot in random bg
using singular
frame lock on at 10
wow priority set to high

i get this nasty stutter lag every 10 seconds when playing bgs only starts when combat starts...drives me nuts
if anyone could help me plz!

i use bgbuddy and i have frame lock turned off. i might be wrong but i think raidbot is meant for raids not bgs
