Someone has 3 of my keys and I can't get on

Some kid got access to my keys somehow, I have 3 keys. (all bought on their own, not the 3 session key) Well, anyways I can verify by email for only 2 of the keys, I have the reciept, account info, etc. All except one of the keys, which I lost access the email a while ago. I did my research and found a similar thread telling someone to write the support team an email asking them to alter / change the key for a different one. Well I would like this done for all 3 of my keys, I wrote an email but have yet to get a response. Can someone please help? D:

if he used the same password for his email, then the hacker can just log in to his email and can get the keys. This is why you should never use the same password for forums as your email address(or other important accounts).

I know the password are encrypted, but there are tools out there that can decrypt the password using brute force.

That's just one way for other people to get access to your keys.
