Some WoD Items Missing from Protected Items list

I discovered while running Questing with the Kick's Profiles from the Buddy Store that some items were being vendored that I didn't want sold. This included buff food and healing potions. Upon looking at Protected Items.xml dated 19/12/2014 found in the 761 release, these items are not included in the list.

<Item Name="Healing Tonic" Id="109223" />

Edit: Update for Release 762: Protected Items.xml dated 22/12/2014 9:21 PM in Release 762 also does not have those items, nor a bunch of WoD buff food such as Fiery Calamari, or enchants such as Breath of Multistrike.
