So i got 6/6 banned the other day during the "banwave", and am gonna start up again. Im certain that blizzard knows i was running multiple instances on my pc and was wondering what you guys think is good precautions to take so that i dont get hit right off the bat. Like is my ip flagged. Should i change my ip, rename host pc and so on. What are some precautions you guys take before starting up again. Appreciate any help.

i only run 1 and it got banned after 84 hours of bot time during the ban wave. I started up again last night. So far, so good.
I have 3 accounts, only 1 bots. only the old bot account was banned. The other 2 were fine. Same IP and all 3 accounts tranferred items with each other and I used 2 comps. I didn't run multiple d3's on 1 machine

if you really think they know how you were doing it, i'd say just do it different.

If you made quite enough profit on your bots that were banned go for it. But if your in the hole and start up again try at least with less maybe 2 bots.
Well what i ended up doing was changing my host name on my pc and changed my ip. I started up with acouple more accounts and will just build on that. Hopefully will get 6 up and going again. The profit is definatly there its just demoralizing after a big ban. I think this time im going to put my initial earnings into a reserve for if/when i get banned again. Also i tallied up my earnings over 3 months, 4051.85 with an avg of 45.02/day. USD that is.

Wow thats quite a bit, I had one account that I botted on because I wanted to make some side money but I lost it all with 100mil and mostly trash legendaries aside from a couple nice ones. I really don't know if I can spend the money to start up botting on it again or not. So much game time put into it with almost equal bot time then banned : /
I have a friend who makes good money botting and we do pretty much exactly the same thing. He just gets better drops sadly. The best thing I ever found was a Deadmans Legacy Quiver thing that sold for $29.00, right after I was banned one of my auctions sold for $8.00 but I was suppose to get $5.95 after fees. Other than that I've sold my gold to the AH once before and made a few bucks. I was considering selling my 100mil right before I got banned but decided to wait :C
