Some question since Ban Wave ? New Account on same B.net

Hello,

I have some questions about HonorBuddy, in Nov 2016, i buy 1 year subscription, after i was banned for 6 month. So i created New Wow Account on the same battle.net account. Since Banwaves, HB have change something? to day , does it risky to bot again? (i mean ban risk is high atm).
Since my ban, i don't use HB, so community can advise me, for use or not use HB atm? i will glade to have some aswers.
Does it risk to 1st account wow (actually banned for 6 month) will be definitivly ban if i am banned on my 2nd account?

No, they don't ban two accounts (or increase the time on one) because you're getting caught on another one.
