Nagrand Pale shade, Raging elemental,enslaved elemental,pale subjigator 665 item far
those 2 re farming in the pit near osugun paleshade enters into cave and farms pretty fast there with fast spawn rates .
also other one enters the cave, but it also farms outside too.
u can use <Mailbox X="3405.681" Y="5783.044" Z="38.33546" /> for mailing and <Vendor Name="Tradesman Portanuus" Entry="81253" Type="Repair" X="3382.07" Y="5781.906" Z="37.64205" /> for rpr as alliance. i think i didnt use em for that routune.
and another 1 is for farming elementals and some ogres @ pit in stonecrag @ nagrand .

Best and safest profile is for oshugun pit pale orcs plus elementals. if u prefer to not to etner cave there could make a new one , but mobs in cave (pale shades) drops offhand and its much more worthy in my realm

Raging Crusher profile is maşnly farms Raging Crushers . they drops several boe 665 but according to wowhead, rates re 0 now . when i made that profile first it was around %0.3 0.1 drop rate for 665s also this profiles farms Highmaul Laborer which drops Aryu's Puzzle Ring and Flamelicked Cloak of Kaufebyrd Highmaul Laborer - NPC - World of Warcraft
but pale shade cave is a safer place to farm cause u're gernerally inside the cave.
