Some problem in useing phase. it doesn't work.

I bought Pokefarmer service for one month today(2016/12/01),and keyin my Pokefarmer Key to PF program, But it doesn't work, How can i fix it?

I am very surely my email and password and POKEMON GO gameservice is fine, and I tested them in my mobile that is allright, and logout before i use PF.

Sure, I closed my firewall at first.
Could someone tell me this service is still working? nor May I take my cash back?

By the way, there has an another problem - PF Asia server is still working? The Login problem isn't result from it, Right ?

It's not gonna work right now. Wait for the updated version and it'll all work again
