Some Nesting of FrameLock classes is horribly wrong

I keep getting this error, I have re-installed HB and it has continued to persist.
It used to appear at some point usually within 10-20 minutes of starting up, now it occurs almost instantly.

If I click Ignore, it will continue running seemingly with no issues, but the error will pop up again within 10-20 minutes, pausing HB when it does.

Any help will be much appreciated.
