I got banned aswell. i spent much money on my account, so i had a reason to try to get it back. i wrote a quiet long message to the supp and kinda tried to be very wise. i had luck due to (imo) a very nice supporter understanding my main problem really well. unfortunately i am not allowed to say his name or to copy any messages or i risk to lose my accont again.
i just wanted to let u know. there is hope, not much (got a banned wow account due to accountsharing, couldnt get it unbanned), but there is some.
maybe i can answer some questions, if u like.
ps. this is not joke, i got the ban mail and i am able to post a screen of my recovered account (many legendary cards etc).
