Hi everybody,

I recently had been hammered for 72hrs suspension on my main account and his raf (vanilla) account, i botted on both at the same time with the same IP and i think they banned me by ip.

It's been a month ago, so my question is:

1 - My main account got all Heilroom in game (total 50% XP boost on every char, yes got the ring for Kaluak Derby too) and got 3 months gametime on
2 - My raf account is a vanilla one with 2 months gametime on

Should i keep botting on my main? Should i upgrade my vanilla raf and bot on it? Or should i set up a brand new cata account from scratch?

I really dont care about my accounts but it will be a bad thing if blizz will ban my main account, you know it got a lot of work on it.

another question is:
Can they ban my Main if i bot on his RAF account and change IP everytime i log on my main? they ban by IP or by account name?
I dont mind to sell a lot of golds or accounts (that's just an hobby for me), but would like to earn enough money to buy more botting accounts, or just to buy gametime for my accounts :)

Thanks in advance

BOTTING RULE # 1 - Dont EVER bot an account you do not want to loose.

BOTTING RULE # 2 - See botting rule #1

Noone knows if you will loose other accounts that run from same IP, it has happened in the past, but after a year of botting I am still yet to receive even a suspension. I never bot my MAIN account though EVER.

Just bot the main, who cares. It's just a game, you have a bot, if you lose it, start again from scratch. You can elvel to 85 in no time, and gear up again in no time. The only thing you lose with a ban is any old achievemetns that you value for some odd reason. Everything else is easily replaceable.

Yeah I say don't worry about and bot on both. After almost 3 years of botting I finally lost an account. It was the one that I actually played too. The banned my main and suspended my 2 farm accounts at the same time. Now I play one and farm the other but I bot on both for about 10-12 hrs a day. The only thing you should worry about is loosing rare mounts. But that can all be redone in no time.

On my old account that I sold I never botted as i thought id lose everything, i started playing Cata about a month after the start so i was a bit behind but i have botted on it ever since and never gotten a suspension and i have 4 chars 85 with full pvp gear and pve gear but part of the fun is gearing up in the game for me.

Why did you hget banned btw? Possible player report or economy exploiting perhaps? Just wondering.

Blizzard doesn't ban by IP addresses, so I wouldn't take time to change your IP everytime you bot on your RAF then swap to your main.

Personally, I love botting on my main account. It fully utilizes my lifetimeGB and monthlyWoW payments.
To lose an account, sure, anyone would flip shit. Then you have to think, hmm... I made 900k before I got banned and have a mad stash in a guild bank owned by a friend who doesn't bot.
The only thing you really lose is BoAs and achievements. Both rather easy to replace.

Restarting has its ups. You're able to swap servers with no strings holding you down to your previous server. Maybe for a better (Inflated) AH. Maybe for a better player interaction, even though there are limpdicks on all servers, few have a vast majority of wise adults.
