[SOLVED] WoW and Honorbuddy crashing on attachment

Everytime I start HB and attempt to attach to a WoW process it crashes.

I tried at least 3 times after a clean install:

1. Attempt number 1 was after HB updated with the auto updater (I lost this logfile after deleting my whole Honorbuddy directory after running the uninstaller).
2. First logfile is after seeing another forum post about disabling any non-default CR's in the store (i.e. everything but Singular) and then doing a clean install.
3. Second logfile I didn't know if it crashed for no reason, so I tried again.
4. For the final logfile, I chose to start HB before WoW to see if it crashed without WoW involved at all. It didn't, so I started WoW and then it crashed when trying to attach.

(I couldn't remember the key after the re-install at first, so you will see that in my logs ).

I seem to be having the same issue as TheBrodieMan. I am currently going through the guide you have posted about whether other programs could be causing the issue.

Edit: Just totally uninstalled my AV to see if that was the issue. Same error again unfortunately. Next log attached.

Edit 2: Just tried changing to DX9 from DX11. WoW doesn't crash now, but I just get a different error in the logs. New log attached for this.

restart your machine and make a fresh Hb installation from scratch (delete your current installation,re-download Hb and make a new one)


also check if you have any of the programs listed here http://wiki.thebuddyforum.com/index...ams_that_Interfere_with_BosslandGmbH_Products installed

if no joy post a fresh log file plz

Another user mentioned AMD's products, I uninstalled a piece of software that comes bundled with AMD's software suite 'PlaysTV' and it seems to be working now. Thanks for your help Tony .
