[SOLVED] v2.5.14790.811 - does not work (P4nda split out)

have the same problem "GreyMagic.InjectionDesyncException: Process must have frozen or gotten out of sync: Injection Finished Event was never fired"

testet with dx 9 and 11 on normal and beta client

As to your issue...
Thanks for being so thorough in generating the logs. Your problem appears to be quite different. The symptoms are a program that is interfering with proper Honorbuddy operation. These articles will help you walk through the usual suspects:

sorry dont know this with new threads! i dont want to spam the forum but now i know it!

i have no anti virus on my pc and changed nothing on my system

but i saw in the your link to the programs that fraps can cause problems (but it runs allways since i use HB without problems)

so i tryed aggain without fraps and it seems like working now without problems (for now)
