[SOLVED] Stuck on log in

It looks like it wont initialize or its getting an exception or something.

Logs:

Things I've tried: Turned off all AV including Defender. Reinstalled Fresh honor buddy. Tried using another character.

I recently restored my OS, I think if I recalled I had to use a honor buddy installer helper (that helped install the net frameworks correctly) I would try that again if i could find it.
