[SOLVED] Stuck on checking buddystore

I encountered the problem when bot stuckson checking the Buddy Store, i did all things that were written in the help topic devoted to this problem and reloaded my router. I want to make Tuanha routine work from buddy store. If in HB\routine folder there is Singular folder, the bot works, but i can`t choose the tuanha routine, if i delete Singular folder, bot gets stuck on checking the Buddy Store even if i "disable" anything from being streamed.

I did all things written in help topics including clearing cache and reinstalling HB.

Your Honorbuddy installation is not even seeing Singular (which ships with Honorbuddy) as an available Combat Routine. A 'clean install' is in order. Please carefully follow the instructions here:

As stated in the article, It is important for the clean install that you:

• Use a NEW directory in which to install Honorbuddy (e.g., C:/Honorbuddy/)
• Do NOT copy anything from a previous Honorbuddy installation
• Do NOT install any third-party products
• Disable the streaming of all products from the Buddy Store

Please leave it in this configuration until we get your problem sorted.

I did it, and again the same problem: with singular in routines folder bot can see only singular, without singular, bot stucks on checking buddy store products.

Please show us a fresh log each time corrective action is taken. The failure mode can easily change, and we need this information to see what direction to head next.

We're expecting to see a log from the 'clean install', please.

There are logs when singular is in its place 9236 2016-01-16 03.24.txt (25.0 KB) and when it is not 1456 2016-01-16 03.27.txt (5.7 KB).

We only care about the situation where Singular is intact. A removed Singular is considered a damaged Honorbuddy installation.

so the main task now is to make bot see the tuanha routine while singular is in place (because removed singular must cause bot to stuck), i cleared the cache and got rid of antivirus, bot works with singular but still dont see the tuanha as before.
