Please do a 'clean install' of Honorbuddy as described here:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

It appears that your AntiVirus may be interfering with the Honorbuddy installation. You will want to make certain that both the Honorbuddy installer, and the entire directory where you plan to install Honorbuddy are exceptions in your AntiVirus. More info here:

Thanks for your fast answer, i did, and after that it stucks, i delete singular routine, i disabled all my purchases but nothing changes

Please do another 'clean install', but this time do not delete Singular. That is a fatal mistake, and what is currently causing your problem. You can find more information in [post=2213593]this post[/post].
