[SOLVED] Plugin or routine Settings panes look all scrunched up

I was looking through the support forum and found someone with a similar issue as me.

I've changed resolutions, and scaling and no matter what I do the panes all look the same.

When I scale down, the panes just get smaller but still scrunched up. Reverse for scaling up, bigger pane but still scrunched.

Everything else in honorbuddy scales correctly with all the changes but the settings of plugins or CR.

I'm a little stuck on where to go from here and help would be greatly appreciated.

These are how they look no matter the resolution or scale. The only thing that changes is how big or small the pane is.

I have, fonts are at default with the same results.

I'd like to add that this laptop is new, so it's fresh os installation.

The font is at default, so I highly doubt it's the cause of the problem.

Windows 10

So, it most likely is a net framework issue.

I checked to make sure I had the latest version and I do.

What would you suggest I do next?

I fixed it.

Apparently the older versions of .net were not active.

I went to add/remove and clicked on turn windows features on/off and checked the boxes of the older .net expanded and then restarted.
