[SOLVED] Launcher does not work and performance slow in game.

Dear all,

I have come across a new problem which i have gotten.

When i woke up this morning i opened honorbuddy. I got nothing. WoW never opened and i never got to the logon honorbuddy either.

I noticed their was an update on honorbuddy so i downloaded it.

Still the same thing happens when i open the launcher.

I then proceed to open 32bit WoW first then open honorbuddy (not the launcher)

When i'm inside game and bot is running, the bot is taking about 5-8 seconds to accept a new quest or hand in a quest. Also looting has been delayed sometimes by about 5 seconds.

When i check the messages i'm getting in honorbuddy it says "Error trying to save the settings file: The file exists."

Have a look at my log and tell me what you think.

I don't see a log for when i am using the honorbuddy launcher.
 
clear your settings folder and post a fresh log file...a full one this time :)
 
create a new windows admin acc and try Hb from the new acc plz
 
okay i have made a new windows admin account and still not worked.... still did not work....
 
i am afraid it has to do with your OS in that case :(
 
It's failing to load world of warcraft from the honorbuddy launcher. Its extremely slow when it's working when its opened at wow-32 bit. It fails to save the file and says the file already exists... getting the LUA autoloot error. i can't be the only one experiencing this problem.
 
you are not the only one but the people got this earlier had to reinstall their OS since it was an OS issue
 
as we have tried everything and thats how it was solved
 
Just for your information Tony, My honorbuddy is working fine now and i never had to reformat my computer or reinstall the OS system on it. One of the updates you guys have done seems to have solved it. Also any other errors such as not able to create a folder has been fixed funnily enough. Much appreciated for the support in the past. Also for anyone else in the future that has had the same sort of problem as i did. I think if you look into the coding that has been done between the date that i had the problem till now, you might find what caused the problem for future rare cases.
