Due to the contents of this log, we'd recommend starting with a 'clean install', as defined here: Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy Please be certain to use the 'installer', not the zip file, to perform the installation. cheers, chinajade

It should be v6.2.4.21742. If no joy, let's try switching the game client from DX11 to DX9, and restart the WoWclient. More info here: BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:Video driver problem If still no joy, please check these things: Use the Windows task manager to make certain no other Honorbuddy or WoWclient are running. Launch the WoWclient with Windows 'administrator' privileges. After you've logged in on your selected toon, make certain that the toon is standing in the game world. Launch Honorbuddy with Windows 'administrator' privileges. If no success, another fresh log please. cheers, chinajade
