After that HB restarts and work again and so about every two hours

This is going to be an intermitent network issue between your machine and the Bossland GmbH servers. Many times, the problem lies in the wireless router, and a simple reboot will clear it up. It would be good to reboot your machine also, if you haven't recently.

HBReloger - he closes the window if the settings should Сheck HB responsiveness, if you turn off this setting, all works fine.
