[SOLVED] Installer and Zip bug !

I don't even know where to start with this mess so i just jump in.After the tripwire event my bot started to update it went wrong and i got an error message i uninstalled the whole damn thing thinking i might as well do a clean install.very very bad mistake because after weeks of trying to register and about a million or so emails with support i got to register and got my bot running but after a couple of hours i got the trip wire event.Now am here with the unable to install or log in issue.i went straight to support writing everything that had happen and how i even uninstalled my firewall my virus protection how i even contacted bitdefender asking them if they are the one doing this this the answer i got is so epic that i even don't know how to prosses it :

so any help will be greatly appreciated i bet you can do better than paid support that gives you a zombie like one liner which shows he didn't even read my email so since support is inept of doing their job here i hope their is somebody out there that can help and yes a mad a hell imagine if this is you,first time bottling you buy a bot and cannot register to play you have no access to anything 3 weeks go by and you finally get registers and you get to see how the bot goes it magic a whole new fkn world just opens up infront of you and the after 2 hours or so tripwire and now i cannot even install.i will keep spamming this forums until i get help or i go tired wish me luck ...sigh

We sense you are frustrated with somthing. But, your post is all over the map, and we cannot make heads or tails of what your problem is.

Please:
  • Clearly and succinctly describe one problem your are experiencing.

  • Attach the full log that illustrates the problem you describe.

And thank you for a quick answer i will give you a full and clear description of my problem.

1.)i cannot make the bot to start running

2.)i unistalled DemonBuddy after it gave an error messege when trying to update after tripwire event.(which am not even sure if it's still on or not there is not where that shows the status of that event)

4.)non of them work !installer does it thing(installs)puts a icon on my desktop and that where it ends the zip will not even install let alone put an icon to the desk top.i though it's firewall issue and i disabled my firewall still same i though it was my virus protection i uninstalled it and still same and by same i mean there is no response from demon buddy,it seems to me like it's installing properly since the fix feature finds nothing wrong but when it's supposed to log me in you know where "the little window" with the key should come it it does nothing!!! the little key windows doesn't show up and that's where it all stalls and i uninstall and start over ...

From your problem description, it sounds like one of the following:
  • You forgot to use Windows administrative privileges on the installer.
    (Right-click on the installer .exe → "Run as administrator")

  • You've still got an Antivirus running on your computer.
    E.g., did you remember to reboot after uninstalling your Antivirus?
    This article should walk you through common AV problems:
Another possibility is you could have malware on your system.

The fact the .zip won't extract indicates there is something fundamentally wrong with your machine. I'd focus on looking for AV-like programs or permissions problems.

After looking at the above, please try again to install into a NEW directory, and not overwrite a previous installation.

Fixed !!!tyvm whatever you did it worked :) DB is running smooth only hiccup was at start trinity somehow took a very long time starting but i will not temp fate and try fixing anything i will just let it run for some time again tyvm :)
